Regulating New Zealand’s takeovers market

The Takeovers Panel was looking for a brand refresh and a new website that would support their position as regulator, and help communicate the important messages that guide and shape an effective and fair takeovers market. As a small organisation, the Panel also needed the tools that would enable it to carry out much of its communications in-house.

Brand DNA work underpinned the visual identity development and helped the Panel to communicate the work it does and the way it works. A new logo and a suite of supporting elements have provided a unique, robust and cohesive system to take the Panel forward, while the new website supports the brand and provides a clear and easy-to-navigate tool to communicate with their wide range of stakeholders.
