Our team

Brand new thinking not only drives our work, it also drives the way we work.

We choose to be a small creative team – this allows us to be actively involved in all our projects, and to work alongside our clients to delivery consistently great results. We’re based in a naturally well-lit open-plan studio, where conversations and brainstorms and ideas flow freely – which keeps us all engaged and informed, and produces the best collaborative results. We’re large enough to be able to fulfil all your communications requirements, while small enough to be efficient, approachable and easy to deal with.

All creative is done inhouse – however to ensure our clients get the best results with current thinking – in the areas that are beyond our teams areas of expertise, we partner with some of Wellington’s top creative professionals. These include copy-writers, social-media strategists, photographers, videographers, illustrators, printers, signage companies and web builders – many of whom we have partnered with for several years, so they feel like our extended whānau.

Our way

Client centric
Achieving our clients goals and objectives underpins everything that we do. Our clients are at the forefront of what we care about. If we care about them, do the best work we possibly can, and go the extra mile – then we know that’s likely to be a positive relationship, that produces the best outcomes time and time again.

Robustness
We know great design is not enough. Clients expect confidentiality, secure systems, reliability, honesty, respect, and for us to act in a way that is environmentally, socially, and sustainably aware. It’s easy when these values also matter to us.

Paying it forward
Good design and branding is powerful. We use it to the good where we can - though projects we champion in our community, like supporting a local threatre group for over 20 years. We also take on mentorship roles, donate time to design schools, do paid internships and offer discounted or free design to organisations that we believe in such as child trauma or violence prevention. Giving back is part of our philosophy of making a positive difference.
